Schedule: Second shift from 3:30 PM to Midnight

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Guide teams with strong leadership and exceptional people management skills.
• Supervise and Coordinate: Use your supervisory experience to manage project targets and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot: Solve issues with CNC machines using your expert troubleshooting skills.
• Optimize Production: Enhance our workflows and efficiencies for better production outputs.
• Machine Setup: Perform precise machine setups for varied production runs.
• Ensure Compliance: Utilize your OSHA 10-Hour Certification to maintain safety standards.

Technical Involvement:

• Operate CNC Mills: Work on 3-5+ axis VMCs such as Okuma and Bridgeport.
• Operate CNC Lathes: Handle 2-5+ axis setups focusing on Okuma machines.
• Utilize UMCs: Experience with Universal Machining Centers for complex tasks.
