Controller

Full-Time

Jacksonville, FL

Compensation DOE: Up to $125K

Seeking a dynamic Controller to manage all accounting functions across multiple manufacturing locations. This includes direct oversight of the Jacksonville site and serving as the principal financial liaison with corporate affiliates.

What you will be doing as a Controller:

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes
• Manage annual budgeting and multi-site forecasts
• Oversee inter-site cost allocations, capital and expense approvals, credit-card administration, and audit coordination
• Supervise site controllers: hiring, coaching, performance management
• Drive ERP implementation, refine cost-accounting processes, enforce SOPs

What you will need as a Controller:

·10+ years in multi-site manufacturing accounting, with 5+ years in supervisory roles

· Bachelor’s in accounting or similar field required

· Strong GAAP knowledge and technical proficiency (Excel, ERP systems, QuickBooks)

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

· Ability to manage competing deadlines and lead a team effectively
