Job Summary: Dwyer Services, a leading HVAC company in Manasquan, New Jersey, is seeking a skilled and experienced Heating and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the HVAC industry and be able to work independently as an individual contributor. Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $80,000 to $125,000 per year, paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Perform diagnostic tests to identify and repair malfunctions in heating and cooling systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of HVAC equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Comply with all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
• Familiarity with local and state building codes and regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
