A real estate law firm is looking for a litigation attorney who has the desire to learn all aspects of real estate law and civil litigation. The attorney must work with our highly skilled support team while directing procedures and managing a caseload of small and large cases. We provide autonomy in a virtual environment, as well as fun team-building events to help everyone on the team feel connected and familiar.
The attorney must also have a strong commitment to protecting the value of real estate investments. We work with landlords, homeowners, real estate professionals, and professional fiduciaries. Our attorneys must be knowledgeable about real estate fraud litigation, buyer-seller disputes, quiet title litigation, boundary line disputes, unlawful detainer litigation, and mortgage transactions.
We expect thorough knowledge, or willingness to develop, an understanding of civil procedures, the ability to make court appearances in person and virtually, and taking depositions in person and virtually. The ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal professionals, to write winning legal briefs, and to aggressively pursue the clients’ best interests is highly valued.
