The Opportunity
As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you lead large projects and innovate processes in the realm of IT architecture. As a Senior Manager, you guide teams through complexity, applying sound judgment and fostering an environment of operational excellence while engaging with clients at a strategic level.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of SAP architecture solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure architectural alignment
- Analyze complex system requirements and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead projects focused on integrating enterprise-level applications
- Mentor and guide team members in architectural exemplary practices
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies into existing frameworks
- Secure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the architecture team
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of progressive roles managing IT architecture and engineering designs and domains
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming preferred
- Demonstrating in-depth abilities in IT design recommendations
- Evaluating software development lifecycles and methodologies
- Displaying analytical thinking skills for technical issue resolution
- Working with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex issues
- Providing coaching and technical mentoring
- Researching emerging technologies for business process enhancement
