We are looking for a Quality Manager to help us preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth and meet our quality control management program. T
You should be thorough and observant with an eye for detail, fully understand the requirements of the service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition.
Analyze and follow customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Review and update specifications for products or processes
Establish standards for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
Oversee the compliance with health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
Monitor the work of inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
Monitor all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Check final output and compare properties to requirements
Make decisions about the completed products, approving or reject them
Review and update project documentation and perform statistical analysis
Collect feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
Prepare detailed reports and present them to appropriate executives
Keep informed about opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
2+ years' experience of working on a Quality Manager or other similar position
Significant experience with quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
Significant experience with data analysis and statistical methods
Responsible and conscientious, with a results driven approach
Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
