What you’ll Do

We are looking for a driven, motivated and hands-on Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our growing Enablement & Training team . Reporting directly to the VP – Enablement & Training , you will play a critical role in shaping and executing high-impact programs that empower Sales & Customer Success teams to exceed performance expectations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering and optimising onboarding and enablement programs that build team capability, drive product fluency, and ensure the consistent adoption of best practices. You’ll be a strategic partner to key stakeholders across the business and an advocate for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Own the full lifecycle of the onboarding program for Sales & Customer Success teams – designing, executing, and continuously improving engaging and scalable learning experiences that enhance team readiness and drive high performance
  • Bring structure, creativity, and a learner-first mindset to every initiative – supporting both new hire ramp and ongoing capability building
  • Collaborate with the Enablement & Training team to ensure all programs support broader enablement strategy and executive priorities
  • Design scalable, repeatable enablement motions and supporting materials to drive consistent Sales and CS readiness across teams and regions
  • Apply learning and development best practices to craft engaging and interactive training experiences – both virtual and in-person
  • Work cross-functionally to document, standardise and scale critical sales processes and methodologies
  • Balance strategic initiatives with tactical enablement activities that support immediate go-to-market needs
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to deliver clear messaging, product education, and competitive positioning
  • Drive adoption of tools , templates, and best practices across enablement platforms (e.g. HubSpot, HighSpot, Gong)
  • Help foster a high-performance , learning-oriented culture across commercial teams

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales Training, L&D, Revenue Operations, Media Sales or similar role
  • AdTech, MarTech, or Healthcare/Pharma experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience building and scaling onboarding and enablement programs in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Strong background in adult learning principles , instructional design and training delivery
  • Strong project management skills with a process-driven mindset and experience with change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR)
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to execute tactically and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable navigating and implementing enablement technologies and CRM tools (HighSpot, HubSpot, Gong, MS Teams, etc)
  • Data-driven , analytical thinker with the ability to assess impact and iterate quickly
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in an agile , constantly evolving environment
