Our client is seeking School Social Workers or the following counties:
Middlesex and Mercer

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*Identify needs: Assess clients' needs, strengths, and support networks
*Provide counseling: Offer advice and direction to help clients improve their situations
*Help clients adjust: Help clients adjust to changes and challenges in their lives
*Challenge social injustice: Provide solutions for social injustices, particularly for clients living in poverty and facing discrimination and unemployment
*Promote policies: Promote policies and practices that demonstrate respect for difference, support cultural knowledge, and safeguard the rights of all
*Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and evaluation, Supportive counseling, and Graduated disengagement.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Master's Degree
* Minimum of two (2) years experience in Child Study field
* NJ State Certifications
* Experience treating young adult populations
* Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting
* School based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations
* Experience with Time Management, Deadlines, Diverse School Settings
* Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management
* Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta-T Group codes.
