Job Description

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with small and mid-sized businesses to design, configure, and implement Zoho solutions
  • Translate client needs into customized workflows, automations, and module configurations across Zoho One apps (CRM, Desk, Creator, Books, Campaigns, etc.)
  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs with Zoho when needed
  • Support clients post-implementation with training, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Collaborate with a team of developers and account managers to ensure successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Located in the United States (required)
  • 2+ years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, business workflows, and client communication
  • Experience with Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and API integrations is a big plus
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excited about working in a flexible, remote-first team
