What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver engaging and informative safety training in our state-of-the-art Training Center or directly at client sites.
  • Collaborate closely with our Industrial Safety Specialists and clients, providing essential data and assessment feedback.
  • Offer on-site health and safety compliance support, ensuring top-tier safety performance for our clients.
  • Develop and fine-tune client health and safety programs, and deliver customized training that ensures their teams are always prepared.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and vendors, building strong professional relationships that will advance your career.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Health & Safety Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field is preferred—but equivalent experience and training will be considered.
  • Certifications: Having an OSHA Outreach Training Certification in Construction or General Industry is a plus.
  • Experience Levels: From recent graduates to professionals with several years of safety compliance experience, all are welcome to apply!
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with OSHA/EM385/MSHA/NFPA regulations, and corporate management standards will be highly valued.
  • Tech Savvy: You should be comfortable with MS Office and Google programs, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, including experience in presentations and technical writing.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and are willing to travel to client sites (30-50% of the time).

 Why Work With Us?

  • This is more than a job—it's a career opportunity to grow alongside a team of like-minded professionals who are passionate about making workplaces safer. You’ll be part of a consulting firm that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development. Whether you're in the field or the office, your contributions will directly impact the safety and success of businesses across the country.
