**About the Role:**
Newly created career opportunity due to growth! As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will support the real estate transaction management team and be responsible for documentation related to the transaction process flow including client listings and voucher processing.
This position is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Work as part of a team to process tenant requests to collocate on Client properties.
+ Issue and track consent requests, Notice to Proceed documentation, and project close out documentation.
+ Assist with the abstraction and interpretation of existing lease documents.
+ Work with tenants to ensure that lease and construction documentation is accurate.
+ Schedule, assign and track property/site access.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
+ Commercial real estate or transactions experience is preferred.Knowledge of telecom/wireless/rower industry is a plus.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
+ Strong attention to detail.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Coordinator position is $50,000 annually or ($24.04 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Transaction Coordinator position is $70,000 annually [or $33.66 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
